You know how difficult it is to find a small crock-pot, or a professional quality roasting pan that just holds a single chicken. Well, here's your resource to track down the hard-to-find cookware, bakeware, appliances and gadgets we all love but can't always find.
I've only added a few items so I can publish the page to the web and check that the menus work correctly. Bear with me - there are a lot of things to add here.
I'm probably going to break this into several pages that you'll access from here, but for now I'm just listing things in semi-random order.

They've got several different lines (stainless steel, anodized, etc.) so be sure to check them out. This is a great way to introduce yourself to the All-Clad line. |

This is my solution to what to roast a small chicken or single game hen in. It's really All-Clad's Au Gratin pan, but it works beautifully as a roasting pan and a casserole dish as well. And All-Clad is just the best. |
